The Acceptgiro credit transfer system is a well-known Dutch payment product, providing a flexible and straightforward way for businesses to ensure that their customers are able to make payments quickly and correctly.

Acceptgiro forms can be used by any organisation – businesses, associations or foundations. The product offers a straightforward means of collecting any amount, whether it be in payment for goods, services, contributions, subscriptions or donations.

Not all accounting systems are the same. Different Acceptgiro forms allowing you to choose a design and layout that best suits the way your accounting system is organised and other needs. Your bank will supply preprinted Acceptgiro forms with either just your business name or complete with logo etc. There are various standard designs to choose from.

Ordering Acceptgiro forms
To order Acceptgiro forms, you should get
in touch with any of the printers in the
list of certified printers. These printers have been certified by Currence as being permitted to print Acceptgiro forms. Several banks also offer the facility of ordering Acceptgiro forms from the bank.
N.B.: Not all banks provide this service.

If you have questions about the processing of your Acceptgiro payment orders, you should contact your bank or processor.
