Brochure C.AI.014 ‘Incasso and Acceptgiro for the business market’ can be ordered in hardcopy form (in batches of 10) via info@currence.nl.
Form C.IM.008 ‘Incorrect Direct Debit Report’/MOI form is only available in electronic form (PDF) and is obtainable via info@currence.nl.
Printed copies of the consumer brochure C.IM.013 ‘Automatic Incasso’ can also be ordered via info@currence.nl.
Incasso/Machtigen form ordering service
Currence has subcontracted the ordering of Incasso/Machtigen forms C.IM.001, C.IM.5.118, C.IM.5.140 and C.IM.5.144 to CadForm, in Breukelen. CadForm will also be responsible for invoicing in addition to the processing of orders.
To order, all you need to do is to send an e-mail to info@cadform.nl, giving the following details:
- Order number, description, quantity and details of any options;
- Delivery address and billing address, if different;
- Name of contact + telephone number.
Minimum order quantity is 100 and the following administrative and shipping charges apply:
- For orders of up to 5,000 : €35.00;
- For orders of 5,000 and more : €45.00.
The intention is for the forms to be available in electronic form from an online shop in the future.
