Collective payment products

The fees charged by Currence are as follows:

For licencees

1. Non-recurring entry fees
Non-recurring entry fee for the certification per individual new issuers or acquirers. A graduated scale applies per group member and/or additional (trade) name per individual new issuer or acquirer:

• 1st registration: € 60,000
• 2nd registration: € 45,000
• 3rd registration: € 30,000
• 4th and more registration(s): € 15,000

One-time certification fee of an additional acquiring platform or an additional issuer environment (banking environment or banking app): € 10,000.00 per platform / environment / app.

Non-recurring re-certification fee for necessary announced re-certification per individual issuer or acquirer:

• € 2.500 per re-certification

2. Annual fixed fee
A graduated scale applies per group member and/or additional (trade) name per individual issuer or acquirer:

• 1st registration: € 12,500
• 2nd and following registrations: € 2,500

For Acquirers that also fulfil the role of CPSP and/or C2C Provider, the following applies for the annual fee:

• If the iDEAL Transactions of the CPSP and/or C2C Provider role are processed through the Acquirer’s own systems, Currence will only charge the annual Licencee fee, the annual Certificate Holder(s) fee(s) will not be charged;
•  If the iDEAL Transactions of the CPSP and/or C2C Provider Role are processed by another Acquirer, Currence will charge both the annual Licencee fee and the annual Certificate Holders fee once.

For Issuers that also fulfil the role of CPSP and/or C2C Provider, Currence will charge the annual Licencee fee as well as the Certificate Holders fee once.

3. Variable fees per iDEAL transaction:

Route 1: The Acquirer routes the iDEAL transactions of its CPSPs, C2C Providers and/or Merchants via its own acquiring platform.

Route 2: The Acquirer allows its CPSPs and/or C2C Providers to route their iDEAL transactions directly via the iDEAL Hub.
Route 3: The Acquirer allows its Merchants to route their iDEAL transactions directly via the iDEAL Hub.

4. Fees iDEAL API Specification

The iDEAL API Specifications will be put at the disposal of the Licencee when the non-recurring fee of € 1,000 for the first calendar year has been paid.

The amounts mentioned above are exclusive of VAT.

FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS and accredited parties

1. One-time entry fees

One-time entry fee for the certification procedure per individual new

• € 5,000 per registration

Non-recurring re-certification fee for necessary announced re-certification per individual CPSP or C2C Provider:

• € 2,500 per re-certification
  

2. Annual fixed fee

• € 3,000 per individual CPSP or C2C Provider as a licensed payment institution (as defined and publicly registered on the website of the applicable supervisor within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• € 750 per individual  CPSP or C2C Provider as an exempted payment institution (as defined and publicly registered on the website of the applicable supervisor within the European Economic Area, EEA). This only applies to Dutch payment institutions.

For CPSPs that also fulfil the role of C2C Provider, Currence will charge the annual fee once.

The amounts mentioned above are exclusive of VAT.
